Defence for the accused
To be accused of a sexual crime is probably the worst thing which can happen to you under criminal law. In many cases the accused is considered guilty from the moment the accusation is made against him. This applies in particularly to the press and the general public.
The accused is no longer considered a fit member of society. He feels abandoned and possibly wrongfully persecuted. Nobody is on his side. Often he is overcome with feelings of pure terror. Even those closest to him are suspicious. But the accused is perhaps innocent.
In such a situation the accused needs a resolute and competent lawyer. I see it as my task to protect you delicately and yet forcefully against such serious accusations and to defend you accordingly.
